If you are living in Spain you have probably experienced the incredibly bad service that is provided by Telefonica and in some cases bordering on criminal behaviour.

I contacted my new office land lady and explained what had happened with Telefonica and that I could no longer use the office as I could not get telephones installed for six months, she expalined that I had signed the contract and that failure to adhere to the contract would result in me loosing my deposit!
It was at this point that one of the offices in our building become vacant as there was a "To Let" sign downstairs by the entrance and speaking to the people in the office next door it appeared that they had moved out the week before.
I quickly called 1004 who informed me that they could not find my records, and put the phone down. I called 1004 again (yes I am stood in a phonebox) and this time they found my details.
I explained that one of the offices had become vacant and that I could use the free lines, eventually a Telefonica engineer arrived two weeks later and installed a telephone line!
